Aplicativo móvil para mejorar la gestión de pedidos en un restaurante limeño, 2022

La investigación elaborada con título “aplicativo móvil para mejorar la gestión de pedidos en un restaurante limeño, 2022” tuvo como objetivo implementar un aplicativo para mejorar la gestión de pedido. La metodología empleada se enmarcó en el enfoque mixto, de tipo interactivo con un diseño secuencial explicativo, sintagma holístico y la utilización de los métodos analítico, deductivo e inductivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por cuarenta clientes y tres unidades informantes trabajadores del restaurante, Para la ejecución del estudio se diseñó un cuestionario para la encuesta de tres subcategorías: entrada de pedido, preparación de pedido, costo y envió. Los resultados evidencian que las propuestas como: implementar un módulo para la toma de pedidos, el cual permitirá mejorar el proceso para lo toma de pedido y tener un control exacto sobre las ventas realizadas; implementar un módulo para un control interno, será de apoyo al momento de realizar un control sobre el stock disponible de producto; implementar facturación electrónica el cual permitirá reducir el tiempo en la emisión del comprobante de pago. Se concluyo que, mediante el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos, se mejorara diferentes procesos dentro el negocio, siendo eficientes en el proceso para la toma de pedidos.

En el presente informe de trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como propósito de analizar la experiencia laboral, para esto se necesitó diagnosticar las causas para poder dar solución a la problemática de emitir los comprobantes. “Los sistemas integrados de gestión pueden tener efectos positivos en las organizaciones que los implementan, tanto en aspectos básicos como la documentación y en la parte operativa” (Ortiz González , 2018), Se pueden adecuar a las necesidades de las empresas. “Un sistema informático que integra y maneja un volumen de información optada por la mayoría de negocios de empresas” Pavón et al. (2018). La metodología en el desarrollo del presente informe de nuestra experiencia es empírica, donde hacemos un cruce de información con las teorías dando un sustento con argumentos a nuestra experiencia laborada en la empresa SIJEWI. La demora de emitir los comprobantes de pagos perjudicaba las ventas como al cliente por ende esta situación fue superada por una buena toma de decisión por parte de la gerencia general en apostar por un sistema integrado en donde se automatizaron los procesos, logrando reducir la demora de espera con el sistema integrado y favoreciendo al cliente con su conformidad y comodidad al comprar nuestros productos y de esta manera el negocio fue rentable. Por consiguientes el informe elaborado de la experiencia laboral se sustenta en un análisis en los procesos del diagnóstico de la problemática hasta la elaboración de la solución con la metodología desarrollada en la implementación para la mejora de la empresa SIJEWI.

Mobile Application Design: Sale of Clothes Through Electronic Commerce

“During the COVID-19 pandemic, small clothing sales companies lost economic income and customers due to a lack of digital transformation, causing the dismissal of many employees. Due to this problem, our objective is to design an ecommerce mobile application for the sale of clothes, so that Small and medium-sized enterprises dedicated to this area generate income and retain their customers. For this, the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology was applied, because this methodology provides a structured way for companies or developers to visualize the development of the software, and for the validation by expert judgment, the survey and the questionnaire were used as instruments. Obtaining as a result a positive rating for the design of the mobile application and its acceptance to accommodate what is reflected. In conclusion, the e-commerce mobile application was successfully designed, backed by expert judgment, so that Small and medium-sized enterprises can offer their products and generate income, as well as build customer loyalty. “

Mobile Application with Arduino to Improve the Determination of the Ripening Status of the Fruit

Fruit consumption is related to the enjoyment of good health and the reduction of the occurrence of diseases such as obesity. At present, in the markets the process of determining the state of maturity of fruits is carried out by employees using only their criteria, since this method is very broad and tedious when carried out, for this the present investigation was developed, in improving the process of determining the state of maturity of fruits. The article exposes the development of a mobile application with Arduino, based on Scrum, to improve the determination of the state of maturity of fruits in markets. Resorting to the use of pure experimental design with a sample of 30 data for each indicator. The results indicate that the margin of error when determining the resistances of the fruit with the application with respect to the multimeter was 4.73 percent and in determining the color of the fruit with respect to the sensor was 6.09 percent. It was concluded that the prototype fulfills its function of determining the state of maturity of the fruit by means of these 2 sensors implemented in the Arduino, having a minimum margin of error.

Mobile Application with Augmented Reality to Improve the Process of Learning Sign Language

Language for a long time is an indispensable tool for society, since it allows communication and interaction between people. Learning sign language is a very big problem, either because access to information is scarce, there are no interpreters of this language or because learning of this language is not taught from an early age. This document shows the development of a mobile application with augmented reality following the mobile methodology and determining the influence it has on the Peruvian sign language learning process, with a sample of 30 students as a control group and an experimental group. It started with a performance percentage of 23 percent and using the mobile application significantly improved the performance of the sign language student by 65 percent.
