    Humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction in hemodialysis unit

    The present study entitled Humanized care of the nurse and patient satisfaction in the hemodialysis unit. It aims to determine the relationship between humanized care of the nurse and patient satisfaction in the hemodialysis unit in a health institution, Tarapoto 2021 The methodological structure is comprised of a quantitative approach, basic research type, hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population and the sample are determined by 120 users, calculated through a non-probabilistic census sampling. Regarding data collection, the survey technique will be used through a questionnaire, which was validated by a specialist and subjected to the reliability test whose Cronbach's Alpha has a value of 0.909 for the questionnaire that evaluates the humanized care variable and 0.93 for the patient satisfaction variable. Under the aforementioned criteria, the study will be developed in order to capture effective results to verify the hypotheses raised in the research.
