    Calidad de servicio y satisfacción del usuario en el área de farmacia del Hospital Santa Rosa 2019

    The objective of this study was to establish the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction in the Pharmacy area of the Santa Rosa Hospital. The research methodology was basic, with a non-experimental correlational cross-sectional design, with a quantitative approach, it was made up of 89 users, the technique used was the survey, and two instruments, the Servqual Questionnaire and User Satisfaction, were used. analyzed the data in the SPSS program, and the statistical correlation coefficient of Spearman through the level of significance of 0.05 allowed to test the hypotheses. The results indicated in the descriptive analysis that 46.1% of the respondents perceived a medium quality of service and 49.4% felt satisfied with the attention. The conclusions have shown the existence of a direct relationship between the quality of service and the satisfaction of the user of the Pharmacy Area of the Hospital Santa Rosa p=0.000; Likewise, a direct relationship was found between the dimensions tangible elements, reliability, responsiveness, security, empathy with user satisfaction.

    Capacidad funcional del adulto mayor y sobrecarga del cuidador de un hospital nacional, Pueblo Libre, 2023

    La tendencia al envejecimiento se traduce en un aumento significativo del gasto en asistencia geriátrica. Por lo tanto, muchos países se esfuerzan por hacer frente al creciente número de necesidades de servicios asistenciales para las personas mayores. Por ello, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre capacidad funcional y deterioro cognitivo en adultos mayores. Para ello se empleará una metodología de tipo aplicada, correlacional y de corte transversal, con los instrumentos del “Índice de Barthel” para la capacidad funcional del adulto mayor y la “Escala de Zarit” para evaluar la Sobrecarga del cuidador, para evaluar finalmente a una población de 196 personas (98 pacientes adultos mayores y 98 cuidadores).
