    Cervical functional capacity and muscular resistance in the operations analysts of Indra Perú S.A. San Isidro, 2022

    Objective: To determine the relationship between cervical functional capacity and muscle endurance in operations analysts at Indra Perú S.A., San Isidro, 2022. Method: Hypothetical-deductive, applied type. This descriptive-correlational study will measure the cervical functional disability and muscle endurance variables, aiming to determine if a relationship exists between the two variables. It is a cross-sectional correlational study. The sample consists of 260 operations analysts. The cervical functional capacity was assessed using the Cervical Disability Index questionnaire, and muscle endurance was evaluated using the Stabilizer Test, both of which are validated with high reliability for individual muscle evaluation. Results: This study will be used to register employees with neck pain and allow for an integrated evaluation of disability and muscle weakness associated with cervical pain, generating a database for the company. In conclusion, it will help detect musculoskeletal problems early, leading to better job performance and improved productivity.
