    Objective: To analyze the relationship between the quality of life and the work performance of the nursing professional in the Surgical Center of the Arzobispo Loayza Lima Hospital, 2023. Methodological Design: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, cross-sectional and non-experimental design. correlationalscope. Population: The population is made up of all Nursing graduates who currently work in the Surgical Center service of the Arzobispo Loayza Lima National Hospital, made up of 87 people; It will be by probabilistic sampling, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. Technique: the survey will be used in its questionnaire modality and an observation sheet. Instruments: Instrument: CVL-HP Questionnaire Version: For the development of this instrument, the Q.
