    The objective of this study is to: Determine the relationship between self-care and quality of life of patients undergoing renal replacement therapy at a public hospital in Ica - 2023; It is a study with a basic approach and non-experimental design, the sample population will be 35 patients from the hemodialysis service, who will be surveyed using a questionnaire and an observation sheet to finally obtain the results. The results will be collected through questionnaire-type instruments, then they will be coded and entered into the database designed in Excel, likewise the results will be analyzed and synthesized by the statistical software package version 25.0 SPSS, which will allow us to obtain results both descriptive as inferential.
