    Perception of humanized nursing care in mothers of newborns in a maternal and child center 2021

    The present study titled "Perception of Humanized Nursing Care in Mothers of Newborns at the Maternal and Child Center 2021 was conducted with the aim of determining the humanized perception in its three dimensions: qualities of care, openness to patient-nurse communication, and willingness to provide care. Chapter I contains the problem situation, problem formulation, justification, objectives, and purpose. Chapter II: The Theoretical Framework, which presents the background, theoretical basis, and operational definitions of terms. Chapter III: Methodology, which includes the deductive method, applied type, descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach, and quantitative research. This chapter also describes the study location, the population of 50 mothers, selection criteria, data collection techniques and instruments, validated by expert judgment; procedures for data analysis and interpretation, as well as ethical considerations. Chapter IV: Administrative aspects, activity schedule, budget, and bibliographic references. Annexes: Consistency matrix, data collection instruments, informed consent, and originality.
