Material and Methods: to develop the study, the systematic review design was used, which is based on the GRADE evaluation system, the purpose of which is to evaluate the quality of all the articles chosen from databases such as: PubMed, ScientDirect, Lilacs and Epistemonikos. Results: 40% are randomized controlled trials, 20% are literature reviews, 10% are qualitative-exploratory, 10% are quasi-experimental-posttests, 10% are prospective, and 10% are narrative reviews-meta-analysis. On the other hand, in 90% of the articles it was found that there is effectiveness of nursing interventions to stimulate the attachment of mothers with their newborn children and in 10% no effectiveness was found. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles, in (9/10) it was found that there is effectiveness of nursing interventions to stimulate the attachment of mothers with their newborn children and in (1/10) it was noted that there is no effectiveness in these interventions. Likewise, it was found that the most effective interventions are communication in its various modalities: orientations, calls, interaction (5/10), programs for interaction with the baby, guidance and care (3/10), psychosocial support (2/10) and skin-to-skin contact or kangaroo mother (2/10).
