    The development of logistics management involves procedures such as organizing, implementing and monitoring the movement of products, services and information through the supply chain. The goal is to ensure that products are delivered to the end customer efficiently, on time and with the expected quality. Associated with the availability of medicines that allows satisfying the therapeutic needs of individuals at a specific time, which allowed us to set the following general objective to determine the relationship between logistics management and availability of medicines in the drugstore San Martin-2024 also developed the methodology of quantitative approach non-experimental design the population or unit of analysis was 30 respondents the results obtained were in the descriptive statistics the results were adequate and optimal, In the inferential statistics, all the hypotheses were tested and the conclusion reached was “There is a direct relationship between logistics management and availability of medicines in the San Martín-2024 drugstore”.
