    Nursing professionals are often exposed to ergonomic insecurity that have been developing damage such as musculoskeletal disorders, generating health problems for nursing professionals. This has been taking place during long-term work and service time. This problem does not discriminate age, sex, working conditions, etc. The research project to be presented whose objective is to determine the relationship between ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the Operating Room of a National Hospital, Surquillo - 2023. It will have a quantitative, hypothetical deductive approach, of a non-design experimental, correlational and cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 89 nurses who work in the Operating Room service of a national Hospital in Surquillo. Data collection technique and instrument: a questionnaire will be used with the prior informed consent of the participants, which has three parts: the first of general data, the second deals with the first variable, which is ergonomic risks, and the third part consists of disorders. musculoskeletal, the final result will be gathered and processed through a system, where the statistical program SPSS will be used
