Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of care and user satisfaction in the emergency topical service at the Rímac 2020 maternal and child center(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-08-30) Huamán Norabuena, Carmen Rosario; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaUser satisfaction is a quality indicator that the IPRES frequently apply to evaluate the effectiveness of the services offered. Satisfaction is a psychological notion that is difficult to define, even more so in the healthcare environment. In hospital emergency services, it should be a strategic point taken by management to promote improvement processes and meet user expectations. This study has the purpose of knowing the correlation between quality and user satisfaction in the CMIR emergency topic, this being a non-experimental research, the design is cross-sectional correlational, and the method will be deductive - inductive. It will have a sample of 180 users. Two surveys will be applied, one of quality that will consist of 05 dimensions and 19 items and the other satisfaction questionnaire, will be made up of 03 dimensions and 15 items, the data obtained will be emptied into the Excel program and these will be processed with the SPSS program. The statistical tests that will be used to contrast the hypotheses will be the Kolmogorov Smirnov test and if normality is met, the Pearson correlation coefficient will be used.
