According to the WHO, lumbar pain is the leading cause of disability and long-term reduced quality of life, constituting one of the most important public health disorders. Evidence confirms that manual therapy induces an immediate analgesic effect through neurophysiological mechanisms, followed by active exercises, significantly reducing functional disability and pain intensity. The aim of this study is "To determine the effectiveness of manual techniques in lumbar pain and quality of life in patients participating in a post-COVID exercise program with lumbar pain at the Jaén Hospital."
