Therefore, the greater dissemination in the action of each vaccine, its importance and benefits, must be taken into account. Although in some parts of the world vaccination is a known and acceptable issue, in other coasts of the world it is an issue that is not touched on or is not given due importance. The primary objective of this study is to identify the factors that are related to disregard (non-compliance) with the vaccine schedule in 1-year-old infants. At the Hogar de la Madre clinic 2021. This research uses the hypothetical deductive method with a quantitative approach, correlational and cross-sectional design; With a population of 250 mothers, the instrument used is the questionnaire which consists of 17 questions validated in 2017, which has a reliability of 0.901 for social factors and 0.890 for cultural factors, indicating a high level of reliability.
