Material and Methods: The design was a systematic, quantitative review. The population was given by 79 articles, the sample was 10 articles. The following databases were used: Pub Med, Cochrane, Wiley. 100% quantitative, study design 90% systematic reviews and 10% experimental. According to the quality of the evidence, it was found to be 100% high and according to the strength of the strong recommendation, 100%; Depending on the country of origin, they correspond to Spain 30%, Canada 10%, Belgium 10%, Australia 20%, Europe 10%, Germany 10% and Italy 10%. Results: 70% (n = 7/10) show the effectiveness of the physical exercise intervention in the management of frailty in older adult patients. The other 30% (n = 3/10) point out a discrepancy in the effectiveness of the physical exercise intervention in the management of frailty in older adult patients. Conclusion: It was concluded that 7 of 10 authors point out the coincidence between the effectiveness of the physical exercise intervention in the management of frailty in older adult patients. The other 3 out of 10 disagree on the effectiveness of physical exercise intervention in the management of frailty in older adult patients.
