Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of a CPR technique training program for healthcare staff(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-12-07) Huaman Rodriguez, Susan Linda; Vela Saboya, Tatiana del Pilar; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoObjective: Systematize the effectiveness of a training program on the appropriate Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation technique. Material and Methods: Systemic Review of international research articles, which have been obtained by searching the database: Google academic, PubMed, Elsevier, Scielo, dialnet, lilacs. Those that have been chosen and analyzed through the Grade System to locate the respective degree of evidence. The search for articles was carried out using the DECS and MESH descriptors for the search in Spanish and English respectively. Of the 10 articles reviewed, 40% (n= 4/10) were quasi-experimental studies, 60% (n= 6/10) were cross-sectional descriptive studies. The products acquired from the review of articles carried out in this research work come from the countries of Spain (20%), Brazil (20%), Mexico (30%), Cuba (30%). Results: 100% (n 10/10) demonstrated high effectiveness after receiving educational training. Conclusion: CPR training interventions were shown to be a useful method of practical theoretical training. Methodology: Descriptive quantitative cross-sectional approach, the population was 420 hypertensive older adults with a sample of 200 older adults diagnosed hypertensives, the instrument used was validated by Peñarrieta in 2014, whose name is “Partners in HealthScale”. Results: Self-management of the Hypertensive older adult; I present that 38% have moderate self-management, 35% low and 27% high. According to dimensions, in adherence to treatment, 34% have low self-management, 33% moderate and 33% high, Management of signs and symptoms, 42% have low self-management, 38% moderate and 20% high in knowledge of the disease 48% low, 39% moderate and 13% high. Regarding the differences in self-management of hypertensive older adults according to sex, 35.4% of older adults are female, they have a high level of self-management. 45.2% were predominantly male, presenting moderate self-management. Metodología: Deenfoque cuantitativo descriptivo de corte transversal, la población fue de 420 adultos mayores hipertensos con una muestra de 200 adulto mayores hipertensos diagnosticados, el instrumentoque se utilizó fue Validado por Peñarrieta en el año 2014, cuyo nombre es “Partners in HealthScale”. Resultados: El Automanejo del adulto mayor Hipertenso; presento que el 38% tiene un automanejo moderado, el 35% bajo y el 27% alto. Según dimensiones;en adherencia al tratamiento el 34% tiene un automanejo bajo, el 33% moderado y 33 % alto, Manejo de signos y síntomas, el 42% tiene un bajo automanejo, el 38% moderado y el 20% alto en conocimiento de la enfermedad el 48% bajo, el 39% moderado y el 13% alto. Con respectoalas diferencias del automanejo del adulto mayor hipertenso según sexo el 35.4% de los adultos mayores son del sexo femenino,tienen un nivel altode automanejo. El 45.2% predomino el sexo masculino presentando un moderado automanejo. Conclusiones:El automanejo del adulto mayor hipertenso predomino el nivel de automanejo moderado.
