    Quality of nursing care and satisfaction of hospitalized users in the emergency observation area at María Auxiliadora Hospital, Lima 2021

    The general objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of hospitalized users in the observation area of ​​the María Auxiliadora Hospital, Lima 2021. It has a hypothetical-deductive methodology with a quantitative approach, type descriptive, with a population made up of 120 emergency service users, its instrument for the quality of nursing care is a survey that consists of 35 questions and for user satisfaction a survey that is made up of 46 questions, both instruments were validated by the judgment of 5 experts and obtained a reliability of 0.89 for the nursing care quality questionnaire and a value of 0.881 for the user satisfaction questionnaire. The relationship between the study variables is expected as results. .
