Effectiveness of breastfeeding for the prevention of cardiovascular alterations in the mother's health.

Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of breastfeeding compared without breastfeeding for the prevention of cardiovascular alterations in the mother's health. Materials and Methods: it is a retrospective and observational systematic review, which is summarized in several investigations. It is a fundamental part of evidence-based nursing due to its strong methodology, considering the main studies to answer questions about clinical practice, the information is focused on articles with full text, and subjected to critical reading, where a grade system was used. to consider the magnitude of said recommendation. It was proposed to evaluate 10 articles, where it was found that 50% (05/10) corresponds to the United States, with 30% (03/10) Spain, while 20% (02/10) is in the United Kingdom, Venezuela, Norway, Italy and finally China. Results: it was found that 70% of the articles studied support the effectiveness of breastfeeding for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, decreased by breastfeeding through breast milk. Conclusions: the effectiveness of breastfeeding compared without breastfeeding for the prevention of cardiovascular alterations in the mother's health is verified through studies found.
