    Nivel de conocimiento del uso de la planta medicinal chiri chiri “Grindelia boliviana rusby”en la comunidad campesina Tambo Real de Ayllumayo del distrito Zurite provincia Anta – región Cusco 2022

    The objective of this research study was to determine the level of knowledge about the use of the medicinal plant Chiri chiri (Grindelia boliviana Rusby) in the Tambo Real de Ayllumayo farming community of the Zurite district, Anta province, Cusco region, in 2022. Method: A descriptive, non-experimental, basic research study with a quantitative approach and hypothetical-deductive design was conducted. The sample consisted of 185 surveyed residents aged 18 to 61 and older. A 16-question survey-type questionnaire was administered manually and in person. Results: 53.0% of the study population demonstrated a high level of knowledge, 40.5% showed a medium level of knowledge, and 6.5% exhibited a low level of knowledge regarding the use of the medicinal plant Chiri chiri (Grindelia boliviana Rusby). Conclusions: Additionally, it was confirmed that most residents are familiar with the traditional use of the plant and its treatment applications, specifically for bone ailments and joint pain.
