Objective: To determine the relationship between stress and job satisfaction of nursing staff in a surgical center of a hospital in Huancavelica, 2023. Materials and method: It will be a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational study, where they will participate 38 nursing graduates who work in the surgical center of the Departmental Hospital of Huancavelica. In turn, the use of two questionnaires will be used to measure the level of stress and job satisfaction; Using the survey technique for data collection.
