Population: 100 nursing professionals who work in the Intensive Care Unit of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital in Lima. Sample: No sample calculation will be carried out because it is a census type. It is considered to survey the 100 nursing professionals. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. The "Hypothetico-Deductive" method. The non-experimental design and descriptive, correlational scope. Technique: It will be the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument; for the organizational climate variable, it was designed considering the research of Melissa Andrea Díaz Salés in 2020, adapting it to the present study, with a reliability according to Cronbach's Alpha of 0.806 and for the job performance variable, it was designed considering the research of Betsy Guerra Soto in 2022, adapting it to the present study, with a reliability according to Cronbach's Alpha of 0.876. Data processing and analysis: Descriptive statistics will be used for the representation of data and its easy interpretation in tables and graphs. In addition, inferential analysis to know the relationship that exists between the variables and the study dimensions.Ítem Acceso abierto Total family risk in households with anemic children attending a health center in Rímac, Lima, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-01-09) Huaynasi Jaramillo, Maribel Lourdes; Matta Solis, Hernán HugoObjective: determine the total family risk in homes with anemic children who attend the Health Post, Rímac, Lima - 2019. Material and method: the study corresponds to a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and descriptive and cross-sectional design. The population was made up of 120 families in homes with anemic children under 5 years of age. The technique used was a survey. The instrument was the RTF 5:33 questionnaire by Pilar Amaya, which has 33 questions and is divided into 5 dimensions. Result: Regarding the total family risk, 58 families that represent 48% are threatened; followed by 41 families that represent 34% have low risk and finally 21 families that represent 18% have high risk. In the psychoactive dimensions 89.2%, health services and practices 97.5%, housing and neighborhood conditions 87.5%, socioeconomic 83.7%, in the management of minors 90.8%, threatened families predominate. Conclusions: In terms of total family risk, threatened families predominate, followed by low-risk families and at-risk families. Regarding the dimensions of the main variable, threatened families predominate in all of them. The dimension with a high risk value is socioeconomic.
