Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of nursing care and satisfaction in mothers of 3-year-old children, cred's office, C.M.I Magdalena, Lima – 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-05-25) Huaytalla Trigoso, Mirian Rosmery; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoObjective: “To determine how the quality of nursing care is related to the satisfaction of mothers in children under 3 years of age in the growth and development clinic of the Magdalena Maternal and Child Health Center, Lima, 2022.” Methodology: “Regarding the methodology, a study was developed with a quantitative approach, of a applied type, with a non-experimental, from level descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design; in a sample made up of 80 participants; The instrument that allowed the data to be collected were two questionnaires with Likert scale questions and response options, which allowed the study variables to be measured.” Results: “According to the results; Regarding the quality of nursing care, 77.5% presented a high quality of care and 22.5% showed a medium level quality of care. Regarding the level of satisfaction in mothers of 3-year-old children from the cred clinic, C.M.I Magdalena, where 90.0% presented high satisfaction and 10.0% showed medium-level satisfaction. On the other hand, when relating the dimensions of the quality of nursing care variable, a relationship was found between the human and environment dimensions, with a p value equal to 0.000 and 0.003, respectively.” Conclusion: “Finally, it is determined that there is a relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of mothers of 3-year-old children, cred office, C.M.I Magdalena; with a statistical significance of p=0.000 being less than 0.05.”
