    Organizational culture in the health personnel of the National Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins Lima - 2021

    Deductive study, quantitative approach, applied research, descriptive, observational, cross-sectional. With a sample of 100 nurses from the intensive care unit 2c icu of the Edgardo Rebagliati M. National Hospital in Lima, Peru in 2021, which will be selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection technique and instrument: The survey will be applied, the questionnaire to be applied was prepared by Denison et al., called the Denison Organizational Culture Survey. DOCS (Denison and Neale, 1994, 2000) University of Michigan, USA. to assess the level of organizational culture in health workers. Data analysis method: data processing will be done through the SPSS statistical program in version 25 and Excel; likewise, descriptive statistics will be used to describe the data and scores to be obtained in the evaluation of the variable.
