Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of nursing care to reduce the incidence of Adverse Events in Pediatric Patients.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-03-07) Huivin Carhuancho, Marlith Suley; Huaman Caro, Karen Kemberly; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoObjective: To systematize the evidence found on the effectiveness of nursing care to reduce the incidence of adverse events in pediatric patients. Material and Methods: For the purposes of this work, the systematic review design has been used, which is based on the GRADE evaluation system, allowing to evaluate the quality of the evidence of the articles selected from the following databases: Epistemonikos, PubMed, ScientDirect, Scielo. Results: The reviewed articles showed that 70% are systematic reviews, 10% are systematic reviews and meta-analyses, 10% are integrative reviews and 10% are qualitative case studies. On the other hand, in 70% of the articles evidence was found of the effectiveness of nursing care to reduce the incidence of adverse events in pediatric patients and in 30% it was found that there is no effectiveness of nursing care to reduce the incidence of adverse events in pediatric patients. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed in (7/10) it was found that there is effectiveness of nursing care to reduce the incidence of adverse events in pediatric patients and in (3/10) it was found that there is no effectiveness of nursing care to reduce the incidence of adverse events in pediatric patients.Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial factors and their relationship with work stress in workers of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-02-05) Huivin Carhuancho, Marlith Suley; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoIntroduction: Psychosocial factors are seen as one of the labor problems within the organization, one characteristic of stress, since they affect the physical and mental conditions of workers; For this reason, it is important to take corrective measures that can prevent and eradicate these factors that endanger the good work performance of employees. Objective: To determine how psychosocial factors are related to work stress in workers of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Lima 2022. Methods: It concerns an applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The census sample will be made up of 60 workers from the general archives area of the Ministry of Transport and Communications. As a relevant technique, the survey will be used, in addition to the questionnaire instrument on a Likert-type scale, which are reliable and validated. In addition, the data that has been collected will be processed in SPSS 25 and the hypotheses will be tested using the statistical test of Spearman's coefficient.
