    Lifestyles and cardiovascular risk level in nursing professionals working in a regional hospital

    The purpose of this work is to discuss those currently present in different hospitals in our country and in the world, which mainly concern nurses who are exposed to various risks that threaten health and quality of life. You can name the lifestyle and cardiovascular risk levels of health workers that can cause health problems. The general objective: To determine the relationship that exists between lifestyles and the level of cardiovascular risk in nursing professionals who work in a Regional Hospital, Huancayo 2023. A study was carried out with a hypothetical deductive method, a non-experimental design of a correlational type, an approach quantitative, type of applied research. For data collection, two instruments will be used, "lifestyle questionnaire" with 6 dimensions consisting of 18 items and the Likert-type response scale. The second is a cardiovascular risk prediction scale. Data processing and analysis will be carried out with the SSPS Statistic 23 program and Microsoft Excel Software will be used to present the statistical tables.
