Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería en el área de nefrología del hospital nacional, Lima 2024
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-03-23) Ilave Aguirre, Dora Ada; Molina Torres, José Gregorio
Introduction: Currently, the country's government entities need to optimize the work environment, since according to the World Health Organization (WHO), the culture of organizations directly impacts job satisfaction and staff preferences when choosing their employer, influencing primary care in patient care regardless of whether they belong to a Clinic or a Hospital, leaving aside their vocation. In this context, these public entities can improve job satisfaction, the result being organizational management. Objective: "To establish the existing correlation between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of nursing staff in the Nephrology area of the National Hospital, Lima 2024." Method: The analysis of the study will be quantitative, applied, cross-sectional, and correlational. For this purpose, the representative sample will consider 116 nursing graduates and 44 technicians, who work in the Nephrology area. The Organizational Climate Questionnaire developed by Salas (Lima, 2020) and the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire adapted by Canevaro (Lima, 2020) will be applied, both being Likert-type instruments. On the other hand, for data processing and generation of graphs and tables, IBM SPSS STATISTICS Version 25 software will be used, and the hypothesis will be tested with Spearman's statistical test.

Factors involved in medication administration errors by nurses in the emergency department
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017) Ilave Aguirre, Dora Ada; Santillan Barra, Johan David; Gómez Gonzales, Walter Edgar
Objective: To determine the factors involved in medication administration errors by nurses in the Emergency Department. Materials and Methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design that synthesizes the results of multiple primary studies. These are crucial in evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific clinical practice questions. Results: A total of 10 articles were selected, with 20% from Iran, Mexico, and Colombia; 10% from Egypt, Brazil, Spain, and Jordan. The articles were predominantly cross-sectional studies, with 90% (n=9/10) from Iran, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Egypt, and Jordan, and 10% (n=1/10) systematic reviews from Spain. Of the articles reviewed, 60% (n=6/10) found that pharmacological ignorance was the main factor contributing to medication errors, 30% (n=3/10) pointed to work overload, and 10% (n=1/10) highlighted nurse-physician communication issues. Conclusions: The factors contributing to medication administration errors by nurses are pharmacological ignorance, work overload, and nurse-physician communication. These findings provide valuable information that can be used to improve medication administration practices and contribute to quality care by addressing the most prevalent factors.

Perception of body image and risk of eating disorders in adolescent girls aged 13 to 18 at Colegio Nacional República de Chile - Lince, 2014
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2015) Ilave Aguirre, Dora Ada; Pizango Campos, Verith; Chávez Flores, Erik Mario
Media often disseminate idealized messages about beauty and how to achieve it, negatively influencing adolescents who follow and seek a perfect image, thereby distorting their self-image and causing them to engage in unhealthy diets to reach this ideal, which can lead to Eating Disorders (EDs), constituting public health problems. For these reasons, this study aims to determine the relationship between body image perception and the risk of EDs in adolescents. The data collection was conducted using the standardized scales EEICA and EAT-26. The study population consists of 297 adolescents aged 13 to 18 from the República de Chile Educational Center, and the sample comprised 109 students. The results show that 26.6% of adolescents are dissatisfied with their body image, and 26% are at risk of EDs (8% at low risk, 12% at medium risk, and 6% at high risk). The hypothesis of an indirect relationship between body image perception and the risk of EDs was confirmed (p-value 0.000). Adolescents in the third grade have a better perception of their body image (p-value: 0.004), and adolescents in the fifth grade show a higher risk of EDs (p-value: 0.004). No statistically significant differences were found between body image perception and the risk of EDs according to age group.
