    Job stress and job satisfaction of nursing staff at a clinic in Lima, 2022

    For the development of the present study, the general objective has been to establish the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of a clinic in Lima, 2022, for which a hypothetical deductive method has been applied, of focus quantitative with a type of applied research and a non-experimental design, at a correlational level. The population was made up of 120 nursing professionals, while the sample was made up of 91 professionals, using an intentional non-probabilistic sampling. Two questionnaires were used to measure the research variables and to obtain the results that would allow the study objectives to be achieved. The results showed a significance lower than .05; In addition to this, the coefficient was -.783, so it was concluded that there is a relationship between work stress and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of a clinic in Lima, 2022.
