    El exceso de tareas laborales es un problema que afecta en diversos aspectos del profesional de enfermería tanto en el aspecto mentales y físicos y el cual puede influir de forma negativa en la seguridad y el cuidado que se brinda al paciente, Este proyecto tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la carga laboral del Profesional de enfermería y su relación con la calidad del cuidado en el servicio de emergencia del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal. Material y Método se adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, alcance correlacional, tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental con un método hipotético deductivo de corte transversal. La población de estudio está integrada por 80 enfermeros del instituto médico. Se aplicaron dos cuestionarios, siendo el primer instrumento denominado “Carga laboral, la cual fue elaborado por Hart y Staveland y aprobado por Gina en el año 2019, para el segundo se empleará un cuestionario de autoevaluación del desempeño de atención médica, diseñado por Katherine Chávez en 2021.

    Level of knowledge and its relationship with the practice on clinical handwashing of nursing students of the seventh cycle of the Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2022

    The main objective of this research has been to establish the relationship between the level of knowledge with the practice on clinical hand washing of nursing students in the seventh cycle of the Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2022; To this end, a deductive method was used in a basic type of research, with a non-experimental design and a quantitative approach in a total sample of 87 nursing students from the seventh cycle of the Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2022; to whom two questionnaires were applied whose purpose was to measure the variables knowledge and practice of hand washing. What allowed us to find as main results the existence of a significance of 0.004 (p=<0.05) as well as a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of .512; It was concluded that there is a positive average relationship between the level of knowledge and the practice of clinical handwashing among nursing students in the seventh cycle of the Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2022. It is suggested that the results obtained be disseminated. with the aim of promoting the importance of adequate care by nursing staff.
