    Satisfaction of mothers and quality of nursing care in the growth and development area post of health Virgen de Las Mercedes, Lima 2022

    The objective of the research work is to determine mothers' satisfaction and quality of nursing care in the area of Growth and Development of the Virgen de Las Mercedes Health Post, Lima, 2022. Nursing is seen as the essence of the discipline and involves not only the recipients but also the nurse as mediator. Its objective is to promote health and human growth. They have evolved over time and have privileged roles in the health team that allow them to develop close relationships with patients and provide quality care. The methodology is hypothetical - deductive, with a non-experimental methodological design, prospective cross-sectional, with a population of 90 mothers, who attended the health facility. The instruments applied were: Satisfaction of the mothers at the Health Center, by Diana Vargas and modified by Sosa K. Carmen V; the validity of the instrument was subjected by "expert judgment" 2018. with reliability of Cronbach's Alpha yielding a result of 0.733. As a second instrument: Quality of Care elaborated by Araujo Toledo, Chabeli Bach and Chinchay Pineda, Nesskenss. 2017 with a result of 0.821 to evaluate the quality of care provided in the CRED service according to data obtained by mothers attending care. The processing and analysis require specialized programs, such as Microsoft Excel to create a database from the results, and the SPSS v.25 program for analysis and correlation of variables. reliable statistics.
