Ítem Acceso abierto Factors associated with biosafety measures in nursing professionals who work in the emergency area of the Virgen de Fatima Regional Hospital in Chachapoyas ‐ Amazonas 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-05-07) Jara Vargas, Luis Alexander; Morillo Acasio, Berlina del RosarioWork accidents are a problem faced by health personnel, for this reason it has been convenient to carry out the research work entitled "Associated factors and biosafety measures in nursing professionals working in the emergency area" with the following objectives: To determine the relationship between the associated factors and biosafety measures of nursing professionals working in the emergency area of a public hospital in Amazonas 2023. The study was a nonexperimental, descriptive, cross-sectional design, with a population of 30 nursing professionals working in the emergency area of a public hospital in Amazonas. The instrument to evaluate the factors associated with Biosafety was initially developed by Carolina Camacuari Cardenas, Feliman Salome, in her thesis entitled "Factors related to the application of Biosafety measures in the Surgical Center nurse in a Peruvian hospital. A questionnaire consisting of two dimensions and 26 items was used to collect the data, as well as the guide for the application of biosafety measures prepared by MINSA. Biosafety Manual, which consists of 1 dimension and 30 items. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and inferential statistics through the application of the Chi-square test to test the hypothesis raised in the study.
