Ítem Acceso abierto Humanized care and patient satisfaction in the emergency area of the Hospital Gustavo Lanatta Lujan de Huacho, 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-04-24) Jesús Antón, Génesis Mabel; Pretell Aguliar, Rosa MaríaObjective was to determine the relationship between humanized care and patient satisfaction in the emergency area. Methodology: practical study of correlational quantitative approach of cross-section, non-experimental, with a probabilistic sample of 267 patients treated in the emergency area with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Techniques and instrument of data collection: for the variable Humanized Care the questionnaire "Perception of humanized nursing care behaviors PCHE Clinicountry 3rd version" will be used, adapted by Oscar J. Gonzales H. (23) internationally valid and reliable; for the second variable Patient satisfaction, the internationally validated and reliable questionnaire "Satisfaction of Murrieta Monica patients" will be applied. Procedures: the collection of information will be carried out in January in the emergency service. Statistical analysis: the collected information will be entered into the Excel database and the results will be presented in tables and graphs for analysis and interpretation.
