    Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between “Job stress and performance of health workers in a private clinic the population is conformed for thirty health workers that work in a private clinic”. Sample: the total population. Methodology: the design type will be observational, correlational descriptive and transversal. Instruments: to evaluate variable “work stress” we will use the questionnaire made by Morales Diana in the year 2021 using Cronbach’s alpha of (0,901) and to evaluate the variable “work performance” we will use the questionnaire made, adopted and modified by Diaz Marín in 2021 true trough Cronbach’s alpha of (0,861) the data collection technique will be. the survey. Data processing and analysis this will be done by means of descriptive techniques and expressed frequencies in percentages. The statical analysis will be according to their distribution by applying spearman’s RHO test.
