    This study, which was observational, prospective, descriptive, and analytical, obtained first-hand results on the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in patients consuming the product Dolo Famedic Forte, adhering to national and international standards and ethical aspects involved in a clinical study of Phase IV research and development. An incidence of 12.26% of adverse drug reactions was obtained in a sample with an average age of 41.74 years, a weight of 67.35 kg, and a height of 159.59 cm. The suspected ADRs correspond to those listed in the pharmaceutical product insert, ensuring better safety.
