Material and method The study presents a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional methodological design and non-experimental design. The sample was made up of 100 nurses from the adult emergency service of a National Hospital in Lima, 2020. The results found in the study show that the physical stressor was present in 62% of the nurses, the psychological stressor was absent. in 52% of the nurses and the social stressor was present in 61% of the nurses. Overall, 68% of all nurses presented medium work stressors. In conclusion, work stressors in emergency service nurses were of medium level in 68%. According to dimensions: the physical stressor was 62%, the psychological stressor 48% and the social stressor 61%.
