    Effect of respiratory physiotherapy on quality of life in post-covid patients of the Maria Auxiliadora Hospital, 2021

    Introduction: As a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic experienced both in our country and worldwide, various dysfunctions have arisen in our bodies, affecting both physical health and mental, emotional, and economic well-being. These changes have greatly impacted the quality of life for individuals post-Covid-19. Limitations and persistent conditions, such as dyspnea, muscle strength reduction, and fatigue, motivate us to explore the effects of respiratory physical therapy on the quality of life of these individuals. Objective: To determine the effect of a respiratory physical therapy program on the quality of life of post-Covid-19 patients at the María Auxiliadora Hospital in 2021. Material and methods: This research will be hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type with a longitudinal scope and experimental/pre-experimental design, involving 82 post-Covid-19 patients at the María Auxiliadora Hospital attending the 2021 rehabilitation program.
