    Workload and quality of life of health personnel in the emergency service of the public hospital, Lima – 2023

    Worldwide, the World Health Organization and the World Labor Organization mention that work overload is related to some 750,000 deaths a year, mainly due to its impact on heart disease and cardiovascular accidents. Both organizations released their joint research looking at work-related health losses. Objective: To determine the relationship between workload and quality of life in health personnel in the emergency service of the public hospital, Lima - 2023 Methodology: The project will be of a descriptive correlational scope, quantitative approach, non-experimental design with a cross-section. The sample population will be made up of 90 health personnel who work in the emergency service of the public hospital. The survey will be used, the Santillán questionnaire for workload and the Karasek CVP-35 professional life quality scale will be applied, translated by Cabezas. and validated by Remigio, which is valid and reliable, in addition to having been used in many projects. Results: We work with descriptive statistics for the univariate analysis and the relationship of the variables will be measured by Pearson's Correlation analysis.
