Methodology: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design that synthesizes the results of multiple primary studies. Results: 100% of the articles indicate that educational interventions are effective in increasing knowledge and fostering preventive attitudes. 50% of the articles report an increase in knowledge about the main risk factors. 30% show that they are effective in promoting preventive behaviors, as the number of diagnostic tests increased. Among the most effective educational interventions, 60% are educational talks, 30% are discussion sessions, and 10% are role-playing activities. Regarding the location, 60% were conducted in hospital clinics, 30% in the community, and 10% in schools. Conclusions: Educational interventions are highly effective in fostering knowledge and attitudes in at-risk populations regarding cervical cancer prevention. The most effective educational interventions are educational talks, discussion sessions, and role-playing activities conducted in hospital clinics, communities, and schools.
