Ítem Acceso abierto Family functionality and satisfaction in families from the Pampa Limay Association - Pachacamac, Lima, 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-03-01) Kcana Aguilar, Yolanda Cristina; Pablo Tineo, Gioveth Rosalí; Matta Solis, Hernán HugoMaterial and methods: It is a quantitative approach study with a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design. With a population of 220 families. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument used was Olson's FACES IV family functionality. Results: With respect to family functionality, 172 participants represent 78% obtaining a high level, 28 participants represent 13% obtaining a very high level, with respect to family functionality in its Cohesion dimension, 97 participants represent 44% obtaining a connected level, with respect to family functionality in its Flexibility dimension, 99 participants represent 45% obtaining a flexible level with respect to Family Satisfaction, 64 participants represent 29% obtaining a level low. Conclusions: Regarding family functionality, a high level of functionality stood out, followed by very high, moderate and low respectively. With respect to family satisfaction among heads of family, the Low Family Satisfaction level predominated, followed by very low, moderate, high and very high respectively.Ítem Acceso abierto Stress in nurses and work overload in the emergency service in a public hospital, Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-11) Kcana Aguilar, Yolanda Cristina; Bernardo Santiago, GrisiObjective: To determine the relationship between stress and work overload of nurses in the emergency service in a Public Hospital, Lima, 2022. Material and method: This study will be descriptive since it will allow a diagnosis of both variables, correlational since it will evaluate the relationship that exists between both, cross-sectional, because the study will be carried out within an established period; it will be of methodological interest since it will be based on the results acquired and can be projected to improve stress and its relationship with work overload. The population will be made up of 125 nurses from the EMG area. The method of collecting information is the survey with the instrument used: Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), which will be applied with prior permission from the establishment and with the approval of each participant in said study. The information collected will be incorporated into a matrix prepared in Microsoft Excel 2013. The results obtained will be established in SPSS version 22.0 for their respective study and explanation.
