    The evaluation of the users' satisfaction regarding the services offered to them offers important information to health entities because it enables the realization of improvement and operational changes, in order to offer better quality services. Health care should be based on activities designed to ensure accessible and equitable health services with efficient professionals to achieve user satisfaction with the care received. The objective of the present investigation was to compare the level of satisfaction of external users of physiotherapy services between two health entities in Brazil. The techniques of observation and structured interviewing were applied, and as a survey instrument, the SERVQUAL questionnaire was used, adapted for research in the health area, which culminated in analysis considering the quality indicators. The population size was made up of 459 users, between the two health entities studied, who used the services during the month of January 2018. The developed study was framed in a quantitative and comparative investigation being that the collected data was analyzed and it was verified that the level of satisfaction of the external users of the physiotherapy services of the Physical Education School of the Army of Brazil was superior in comparison with the Physiotherapy services of the Military Polyclinic of Rio de Janeiro, during the month of January 2018.
