    Perception of the quality of nursing care and satisfaction of the parents of newborns hospitalized in a neonatal ICU of a hospital in Lima, 2021

    For the development of the following study, the objective was to determine the perception of nursing care that parents have and their degree of satisfaction with respect to newborns hospitalized in a neonatal ICU. This research will have a quantitative approach, of a descriptive, observational, non-experimental, cross-sectional type, for which a sample will be selected according to the selection criteria. For its application, two questionnaires could be used according to the identified variables, with which the degree of satisfaction with the quality of care of the nursing staff can be identified and analyzed from the perspective of the parents during the urgent situation such as the hospitalization of the newborn. This study could provide sufficient data for the implementation of continuous improvement plans and achieve quality of care in neonatal services.
