Publicación Acceso abierto Estrés laboral en tiempos de pandemia y rendimiento académico en estudiantes de Nefrología de una universidad privada - Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-28) López del Águila, Yolanda; Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarThe objective of the study was to determine the relationship between work stress in times of pandemic and academic performance of nephrology specialty students from a private university in Lima 2022. For this purpose, it was proposed under the hypothetical-deductive method, with quantitative orientation, applied and correlational; The instrument used was the Maslasch Burnout Inventory of 22 items and three dimensions, taken from the study by Rodríguez (2017) and the technique to apply it was the survey, for the variable Academic performance, the students' grades were used; the sample was made up of 100 students; As a result, it was found that there is a significant relationship between work stress and academic performance in the students of the sample (p= 0.035 < 0.05 and Rho Spearman= 0.211), which means that the relationship is positive but very low; concluding that work stress in nephrology students does not greatly affect their academic performance, probably because the stress levels of their professional work are not high.
