Ítem Acceso abierto Stress levels and self-care during the pandemic among nursing staff at Maison de Santé Clinic, Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-11) Lara Vasquez, Manuel Samir; Fuentes Siles, María AngélicaObjective: Determine the relationship between the level of stress and self-care in times of pandemic of the nursing staff who work at the Maison de Sante Lima clinic, 2022. Material and methods: applied study, from a correlational, descriptive scope, a design not experimental-transversal. Sample was the census population, that is, 100 nursing professionals. The technique used was the survey for both variables and the instrument was the Nursing Stress Scale (NSS), validated and modified in Peru by Lic. Julia Cazal Dueñas and the Self-care Agency Capacity Assessment Scale. Gallego, E. 2004; modified by the author (2015). Result: 57% of nursing staff have a high level of work stress, of which 50% have a medium level of self-care. Using the chi square test p=0.006 <α=0.05, it was found that there is a significant relationship between work stress and self-care of the nursing staff working at the Maison de Sante Clinic.
