Objective: Determine the quality of nursing care according to the perception of the family member in the pediatric service in a Social Security Hospital 2020. Methodology: A quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive study will be carried out. The population will be made up of relatives of patients hospitalized in the pediatric service of a Social Security Hospital. According to the statistics of monthly income, it is expected that in this period they will amount to 60, to whom the questionnaire on “Quality of nursing care according to the perception of the family member in the pediatric service 2020” will be applied as an instrument. It will be analyzed using the matrix sheet with the Excel program, and then taken to the SPSS software, evaluating it as Always, Sometimes and Never.
