    Sobrecarga laboral extrahospitalaria del personal de enfermería y desempeño laboral en una clínica privada 2022

    The present study was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship between out-of-hospital work overload and work performance of the nursing professional in a Private Clinic - 2022. For this, a quantitative - cross-sectional - correlational study was carried out in a Private Clinic, in the city of Lima, two questionnaires were applied, one on out-of-hospital work overload and another questionnaire on job performance, both instruments were self-made and validated through expert judgments, it was applied to 207 nursing care personnel, the data was coded and analyzed through the SPSS statistical program, using Spearman's Rho to test the hypotheses. Where it was found that there was a direct and significant relationship (p<0.05) between extra-hospital work overload and work performance in the nursing staff, when relating the workload and work performance, a direct relationship was found but it was not significant (p<0.5), and When relating health problems to job performance, a direct and significant relationship was found (p<0.01). Concluding that 85.19% (161) of the professionals presented out-of-hospital work overload and of the total population, 68.60% (142) work in another institution, affecting the care provided to the patient and job performance. by providing the patient only 7.25% (15) of high-level quality care.
