Publicación Acceso abierto Adherencia terapéutica en el tratamiento antihipertensivo de los pacientes del Centro de Salud San Sebastián – Lima Metropolitana, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-04) Zelaya Aguirre, Gladys Felicita; León Apac, Gabriel EnriqueThe purpose of this thesis was to verify compliance with Good Prescribing Practices (GPP) and analyze Good Dispensing and Sales Practices in Botica Latina and Botica Líder in the San Martín de Porres and San Juan de Lurigancho districts, respectively, during the period of January–March 2019. A descriptive and prospective study was conducted, in which 270 medical prescriptions were evaluated and received from hospitals, clinics, solidarity hospitals, polyclinics, and private practices. 106 were from Botica Latina and 164 were from Botica Líder. To evaluate compliance with Good Prescribing Practices, the Manual of Good Prescribing Practices from the Ministry of Health and the General Directorate of Medicines, Supplies, and Drugs of Peru was used, as well as the respective manual for the analysis of good dispensing practices. It was found that 78.5% (212 prescriptions) omitted the patient's age, 76.3% (206 prescriptions) omitted the diagnosis, and 93% (251 prescriptions) omitted the issuance and expiration date. 65.2% (176 prescriptions) omitted the INN (International Nonproprietary Name), 43% (116 prescriptions) omitted the concentration, and 39.3% (106 prescriptions) omitted the dose frequency. Consequently, it is concluded that there is non-compliance with Good Prescribing Practices, which will limit dispensing in both districts.Publicación Acceso abierto Buenas prácticas de prescripción en afecciones del tracto respiratorio en recetas atendidas en una botica de Ancón, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-05) Salazar Perez, Maikol Kevin; Valverde Veramendi, Joselyn Milagros; León Apac, Gabriel EnriqueA prescription is the consequence of a logical inferential development through which the prescriber issues a medical prescription regarding a respiratory affection. The dimensions of knowledge, confidence, professional competence, and legal-commercial aspects were also found to be significantly related to these intervening factors (p≤0.05).Publicación Acceso abierto Polifarmacia y calidad de vida en adultos de la tercera edad en el grupo 18 y 19 del primer sector del distrito de Villa el Salvador – Lima Metropolitana, 2021–2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-09) Aguilar Chávez, Ronald Javier; Candela Rodríguez, Cecilia Lorena; León Apac, Gabriel EnriqueThe objective of this report was to identify the relationship between polypharmacy and quality of life in older adults in groups 18 and 19 of the first sector of the Villa el Salvador district, Metropolitan Lima, from 2021 to 2022.
