    Obesity is a chronic non-communicable disease that impacts various pathologies such as cardiovascular diseases, stroke, type II diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and others. Additionally, the lack of good physical activity practices—an essential factor in reducing obesity—is concerning. The six-minute walk test evaluates multiple components, including cardiovascular, respiratory, physical functionality, and distance covered. The results obtained from the study population will enable the development of tailored physical activity programs for different population groups.
