Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of nursing care and user satisfaction in the post anesthetic recovery unit of a national hospital, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-06-23) Liberatore González, María Mercedes; Morillo Acasio, Berlina Del RosarioObjective: To determine the relationship between nursing care quality and user satisfaction in the post-anesthesia recovery unit of the Hospital, 2024. Method: Hypothetical-deductive, non-experimental design, with a quantitative, descriptive, applied, correlational, and cross-sectional approach. The sample will consist of 80 patients. The research instruments include the user satisfaction questionnaire based on the service performance model (SERVPERF), which will measure the satisfaction with care perceived by the nursing professional working in the area, and the survey that will assess the quality of nursing care, both of which have already been validated. Both instruments have a high level of reliability: 0.79807 in Cronbach's alpha for the nursing care quality survey and 0.932 in Cronbach's alpha for the user satisfaction questionnaire. Data will be collected over approximately 30 minutes per participant. For analysis and interpretation, tables and graphs will be used. For hypothesis testing, Spearman's test will be employed as the statistical estimation, with a 95% confidence level and a 5% error margin, which will be presented in the contingency table for both variables.
