The research conducted was applied, because it was closely linked to basic research; descriptive level, because a scientific method was used that involved performing a process of observation and description of the behavior of a group of people without influencing them; and, of a non-experimental correlational design, because the study variables were not manipulated and it was sought to determine the degree or not of relationship between the study variables. The type of sampling was, not probabilistic for convenience. To measure female leadership and entrepreneurial learning, 55 female students belonging to the master's degree in university teaching of the first cycle of the aforementioned house of study were surveyed, using two assessment instruments comprised of 20 questions each. The data obtained were typed and sorted in the excel 2016 program, and subsequently, entered into the SPSS version 24 statistical program for their respective analysis. Statistical relationship results indicated that female leadership has no positive relationship with entrepreneurial learning, with a p - value> 0.05. Nor is there a relationship between its dimensions; empowerment, negotiation capacity and conflict management, motivation and teamwork. The research concludes, stating that there is no positive relationship between female leadership and entrepreneurial learning in students of the master's degree in university teaching of cycle I of the Norbert Wiener Private University, 2019 - Lima.
