Publicación Acceso abierto Consumo de activadores exógenos del NRF2 en usuarios de un centro de salud de Villa El Salvador, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-11-21) Lima Quispe, Marina Alexandra; Seminario Cordova, Renzo AntonioObjective: The research aimed “To identify the consumption of exogenous NRF2 activators in users of a health center in Villa El Salvador.” Methodology: The deductive method was applied, with a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, and descriptive level. The population consisted of a total of 350 users who attend monthly at the San José Maternal and Child Health Center in Villa El Salvador, and the sample consisted of 184 individuals, who were subjected to a questionnaire. Results: It was evidenced that, in the health center of Villa El Salvador, there was a moderate consumption of exogenous NRF2 activators among users aged 26 to 35. In addition, it was found that women had a higher consumption of exogenous NRF2 activators, with fruits being the most consumed group, preferably in their natural state. On the other hand, approximately 73.4% of users engaged in some type of physical activity to activate NRF2, with walking and gym workouts being the most common activities.
