Methodology: Quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 116 women, with a sample of 90. The study technique was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire. Results: Regarding the sociodemographic characteristics of women in communal dining halls in Huaycán, 2023, 44.4% were aged 40–48, 42.2% were 49–57, and 13.3% were 58–65. Regarding education level, 67.8% had secondary education. In terms of marital status, 45.6% cohabited, and 76.7% were homemakers. The Chi-square test revealed a significant relationship between knowledge about menopause and quality of life in somatic and psychological dimensions (p < 0.05). However, there was no significant relationship in the urogenital dimension. Additionally, a significant overall relationship was found between knowledge about menopause and quality of life (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge about menopause and the quality of life of women participating in communal dining halls in Huaycán, 2023.
