    Talento humano y gestión administrativa de los cuidados de enfermería en unidades críticas del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas en Lima, 2024

    The purpose of this research study was to determine the relationship between human talent and administrative management of nursing in nurses in critical units of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases in Lima, 2024. Correlational, cross-sectional and non-experimental design research. The variables Human talent and administrative management were analyzed, the instruments Questionnaire to measure human talent consisting of 21 items and the Questionnaire to measure administrative management composed of 20 items were used. Within the findings it was evident that 47.50% (38) of the nursing staff have a high level of human talent, while 40.0% (32) show a medium level and 12.5% (10) a low level, with respect to administrative management it is observed that 72 people (90.0%) have a high level in administrative management, while 8 people (10.0%) have a medium level of administrative management. Concluding that there is a significant positive link between human talent and nursing administrative management in nurses in critical care units of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases in Lima, 2024. In addition, the relationship between the variables analyzed is considerable because a Rho value equal to 0.9433 was obtained.
